PAEDS Pty Ltd (“PAEDS Education”, “we”, “us”) provides paediatric first aid and healthcare education across Australia. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
We collect information you provide when you enquire, book a course, purchase products, or subscribe to our newsletter: your name, email address, phone number, organisation, and payment details (processed securely by our payment providers — we do not store card numbers). If you attend training, we may collect attendance records and, for accredited courses, information required by our registered training organisation partner.
To deliver courses and products you've requested, respond to enquiries, issue certificates, meet our obligations to accreditation bodies, and — only if you've opted in — send you our newsletter. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers who help us operate: our website platform (Webflow), booking and ticketing (Intix), online learning platform, payment processors, email marketing provider, and our RTO partner (Allens Training Pty Ltd, RTO 90909) where required for accredited training. Each provider is bound by its own privacy obligations.
